Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective

  • Orders where the wrong item was received

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date using our contact form with your order number and photos of the issue.

Change of Mind

Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer’s remorse.
Please check our size chart carefully before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.
